Please allow me to reintroduce myself. I am Kimberly, the publisher of College Park Macaroni KID, Decatur Macaroni KID, and East Atlanta Macaroni KID. This month marks my eleventh year as a Macaroni KID publisher, and I am truly grateful for every moment of this journey. What began as a small hobby with less than 100 subscribers and a personal challenge has grown into a meaningful community resource complete with a robust event calendar, helpful guides, engaging content, and the support of local advertisers who help keep our neighborhoods thriving.
At its heart, Macaroni KID is committed to delivering fresh, family‑friendly content to your inbox each week, and I am honored to play a part in that mission through my unique editions.
Here is something many people do not know: I manage all three Macaroni KID sites on my own. I pour countless hours of my time, creativity, and energy into making sure families across our communities have access to free local resources, events, content, and information. This platform is and will always remain a free resource for the families we serve.
Some readers choose to support my work by sending “teas,” and I want you to know how deeply appreciated that is. These contributions help fuel the long hours I spend weekly creating content, building guides, and keeping each site running smoothly. They also help offset real expenses, including monthly Macaroni KID licensing fees, event costs, and other out‑of‑pocket needs which come with maintaining three active community platforms.
If College Park, Decatur, or East Atlanta Macaroni KID has brought value to your family or helped you stay connected to our community, your support of any kind is truly meaningful. Thank you for considering it, and thank you for being part of this journey with me.
With gratitude,
Kimberly~
