Big news is cooking in the West End Eats is making a BIG comeback! After closing its beloved Ponce de Leon location a few months ago, the Atlanta favorite is officially rising again, and this time, it is joining the vibrant Lee + White development.

For more than 33 years, Eats has been an Atlanta staple, known for serving up comforting, affordable, no‑frills goodness, which brought every corner of the city together. And now, thanks to a partnership with Wild Heaven Brewery, the iconic restaurant is gearing up for a grand return this March inside Wild Heaven’s West End taproom. How cool is that?

Eats shared it is coming back “like a phoenix rising from the ashes,” and honestly, that is exactly the energy Atlanta needs.

Even better?
Some familiar faces are returning, including longtime manager Levi Nichols, helping keep the heart and soul of Eats intact. Wild Heaven also plans to bring over signature touches from the original restaurant, and yes, this will include those famous red wooden booths. I love it!

Why does this matter?
Eats was not just a place to grab jerk chicken or hit the pasta bar. It was one of those rare Atlanta food gems where everyone felt at home, like a true cross‑section of the city gathered around comfort food, and now, that magic is headed straight to the West End and Lee + White.
